A exploration of revolutionary warfare in developing countries, initially focusing on general experiences of foot soldiers and infantry taking samples of news coverage from the Vietnamese war and the Rhodesian bush war. I felt this was a bit too similar sounding to something for politically charged milsim warcore babies, so I went into a conflict that is less known and - from my own outside perspective - fairly nuanced. Though my work holds no sympathy for the RNA, it still was never designed to glorify Maoist or Marxist freedom fighters, but render a aesthetic, movie like soundtrack to explore the news footage that exists from this conflict, and, in a feeble way, try to commemorate the victims of the Nepalese civil war, and other similar conflicts. To contemplate not only on the images of young men and women holding guns and fighting, but also the consequences of those ideologies and the general injustice that led to, and color, these conditions.

Successful or not this release takes inspiration from real life military conflicts and infuses it with elements of funk, jazz, classic rock and elements of socially conscious hip-hop. Hope you like it!
